DON’T RESIST CHANGE… CHANGE IS CONSTANT

We live in a fast and ever-changing world and whether you perceive it or not, everything around you is constantly changing: the environment, the weather, the economy, and society, even your own body. That is how the nature of CHANGE is. Unless there is a constant change around, you will also not do any good to yourselves and others. This way nature teaches us.
As the ancient Greek philosopher, Heraclitus, once said: “Change is the only constant in life.”
Many people resist change or consider it to be a negative. They fear the change. This fear is a continuous one and stops you from taking any new challenge. This is because it’s far easier for people to stay small and in their comfort zone, rather than expand, change, and take risks. The reality is, it’s the change we create and the risks we take that allow us to become better versions of ourselves. Do not subscribe a lower level Xerox copy of yours.
The answer is in knowing how to respond to the change.
I have sensed something interesting about the CHANGE
I devised a simple, effective, formula, which I teach at my sessions and workshops to help people deal with any kind of change, and it can certainly help you reconfigure “your thoughts about change,” as well.
It’s called EO+R=O.
It stands for Event occurring + Response = Outcome, and it’s the basic idea that every outcome you experience in life is the result of how you’ve actually responded to a particular event in your life.
So, when you find yourself facing a big change that feels overwhelming or scary, stop and take time to imagine the best possible outcome that can result from that change, and respond accordingly.
You always have control over how you choose to respond to change. And when you respond with an attitude of curiosity, optimism, and confidence, you’ll find it easier to survive and thrive during difficult or unexpected events.
Remember, my friend, change is inevitable, and resisting it is fully futile.
Instead, when you accept and embrace it, you’ll give yourself an opportunity to grow and evolve as a person, forcing yourself to master new skills, and develop new qualities like flexibility, optimism, courage, and persistence.
In my own case…I am an expert Electrical Engineer with over 34 years of experience. A change, I faced with was to head a company as HR Head then as Aluminium Head and a power head as well. I reconfigured my thinking pattern and seized the opportunity one by one in duration of four years. You know what happened… I trained myself to become a CEO and director elsewhere. My colleagues who took it as threat remained there in their comfort zone, learned nothing much. They were later thinking why they couldn’t become a CEO.

Don’t Ignore Signs From The Universe

What is the Universe telling you? Understanding it will help you realize what you’re supposed to do to become the person you’re meant to be
1. Dot stop welcoming a stranger to your work place….He/she May be having a plan for you.
2. Look around you, search every corner…Answer is hidden there.
3. Watch the pattern of events….This tells you clearly which path is showing to move forward.
4. Remain open to listen others even if it may not seem interesting to you currently.
5. Keep your EGO low.

Everything happens for a reason.

Just because you’re facing something challenging, it doesn’t mean that it’s a bad thing. In fact, it could actually be the best thing that’s ever happened to you. Sometimes events we perceive as negative while they’re happening end up being catalysts for something great in our lives.
I want you to think about a change that you’re currently facing, and then ask yourself, “Where’s the opportunity in this change?” I promise that if you look close enough, you’ll find it, and it’ll help you embrace and appreciate change, rather than to fear and resist it.
